Strategy
The first elite four member is a Bug-type specialist. Rock-type moves are your best choice against most of his team, 4/5 are weak to it and 2/5 are 4x weak (Bug/Flying). Fire is also a solid choice. Aaron has a Lv. 53 Dustox, a Lv. 54 Heracross, a Lv. 54 Vespiquen, a Lv. 53 Beautifly, and a Lv. 57 Drapion. Dustox has toxic, which can badly poison you right away. If possible, you'll want to hit Beautifly and Vespiquen with Rock-type moves, Heracross with Flying-types, and Drapion with Ground-types. Keep in mind that Aaron has several Full Restores that he will use on Drapion if given the chance.

#4 Whiscash
Type:
Lv: 55
Ability: Hydration
Hold Item: Rindo Berry
Moves:
Bulldoze
Ice Beam
Belch
Hydro Pump
Strategy
Bertha is a Ground-type specialist. Far and away the best type to use here is Grass, as all her Pokémon are weak to it and 3/5 are 4x weak to it. She has a Lv. 55 Quagsire, a Lv. 56 Sudowoodo, a Lv. 55 Whiscash, a Lv. 56 Golem, and a Lv. 59 Hippowdown. A lot of her Pokémon are fairly heavy, so Grass Knot (a TM you should have) could be quite useful. Because she can be swept by a Grass move, she should be the easiest of the elite four members. She does have several Full Restores at her disposal though.
Elite Four #3 - Flint
#1 Rapidash
Type:
Lv: 58
Ability: Flame Body
Hold Item: Wide Lens
Moves:
Iron Tail
Flame Charge
Poison Jab
Hypnosis
#2 Infernape
Type:
Lv: 61
Ability: Iron Fist
Hold Item: Focus Sash
Moves:
Fire Punch
Thunder Punch
Close Combat
Mach Punch
#3 Steelix
Type:
Lv: 57
Ability: Sheer Force
Hold Item: Life Orb
Moves:
Thunder Fang
Fire Fang
Iron Tail
Crunch
#4 Lopunny
Type:
Lv: 57
Ability: Cute Charm
Hold Item: Leftovers
Moves:
High Jump Kick
Fire Punch
Mirror Coat
Quick Attack
Strategy
Flint is the Fire-type elite four member, but his team only actually has two Fire-type Pokémon. All his Pokémon do know Fire-type moves, but they don't all share the same weakness. That being said, a combination of Water, Ground, and Rock-type moves should take care of most his team. He has a Lv. 58 Rapidash, a Lv. 57 Steelix, a Lv. 57 Lopunny, a Lv. 58 Drifblim, and a Lv. 61 Infernape. The quick Rapidash knowns Hypnosis and will likely start the battle by putting you to sleep. Drifblim can sharply raise it's evasiveness, lower your attack, burn you, and then use baton pass to switch out and keep the stat changes. This means you'll want to OHKO it if at all possible, especially since Flint will use several Full Restores on it if he can.
Elite Four #4 - Lucian
#1 Mr. Mime
Type:
Lv: 59
Ability: Filter
Hold Item: Light Clay
Moves:
Light Screen
Psychic
Reflect
Dazzling Gleam
#2 Girafarig
Type:
Lv: 59
Ability: Sap Sipper
Hold Item: Mental Herb
Moves:
Light Screen
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Trick Room
#3 Medicham
Type:
Lv: 60
Ability: Pure Power
Hold Item: Muscle Band
Moves:
Zen Headbutt
High Jump Kick
Thunder Punch
Ice Punch
#4 Alakazam
Type:
Lv: 60
Ability: Magic Guard
Hold Item: Life Orb
Moves:
Nasty Plot
Future Sight
Psychic
Shock Wave
Strategy
Lucian is the final elite four member, and uses Psychic-type Pokémon. Dark-type Pokémon will be completely immune to any Psychic attacks, and Ghost-type moves will be super effective against every Pokémon. Lucian has a Lv. 59 Mr. Mime, a Lv. 59 Girafarig, a Lv. 60 Medicham, a Lv. 60 Alakazam, and a Lv. 63 Bronzong. Mr. Mime will likely set up a Light Screen and Reflect at the beginning of the battle, which will weaken all your attacks for five turns. Girafarig will likely use Trick Room, so that slower Pokémon attack first. The rest of the battle is pretty straightforward, but there are a few Full Restores you should watch out for.
Pokemon League Champion - Cynthia
#1 Spiritomb
Type:
Lv: 61
Ability: Pressure
Hold Item: Sitrus Berry
Moves:
Dark Pulse
Shadow Ball
Psychic
Sucker Punch
#2 Garchomp
Type:
Lv: 66
Ability: Rough Skin
Hold Item: Yache Berry
Moves:
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Poison Jab
#3 Gastrodon
Type:
Lv: 60
Ability: Storm Drain
Hold Item: Leftovers
Moves:
Earthquake
Scald
Sludge Bomb
Rock Tomb
#4 Milotic
Type:
Lv: 63
Ability: Marvel Scale
Hold Item: Flame Orb
Moves:
Recover
Ice Beam
Mirror Coat
Scald
#5 Roserade
Type:
Lv: 60
Ability: Poison Point
Hold Item: Expert Belt
Moves:
Energy Ball
Dazzling Gleam
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
The champion of the Pokémon League is none other than Cynthia. Be careful because unlike the other trainers, you'll start the battle with her as soon as you enter her room. So be sure to save and heal before then. She doesn't have a type specialty, so you'll need a diverse team to take her out. She has a Lv. 61 Spritomb, a Lv. 60 Gastrodon, a Lv. 63 Milotic, a Lv. 60 Roserade, a Lv. 63 Lucario, and a Lv. 66 Garchomp.
She has a couple tricks up her sleeve. Her Milotic will burn you and then keep using recover to heal itself. A couple of her Pokémon can also poison you. But far and away the biggest challenge will be her Garchomp. It's level 66, has incredible stats, has very powerful attacks, and will sharply raise it's attack with Swords Dance. Your best option is to attack quickly with a strong Ice-type move like Ice Beam, Blizzard, or Avalanche.
