Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Legendary Pokemon
The following legendaries can be found in the base game of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. There aren't many legendaries available compared to recent games, but the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC greatly expands the number of available legendary Pokemon.
General tips for catching legendaries in Scarlet & Violet
- Make sure to save before battling each legendary so that you'll be able to reset if you accidentally KO the legendary or run out of balls to catch it.
- Lower each legenday's health until it is red and apply a status conditions like sleep or paralysis to ensure the highest chance of catching.
- We recommend throwing one Quick Ball at the beginning of each encounter and testing your luck. After that throw Dusk Balls (at night or in caves) or Ultra Balls. After 10 turns it's best to switch to using Timer Balls.
- If you don't catch a legendary your first attempt, they will reappear in the same location if you reboot the game after an hour of real world time.
