Below is a guide to obtaining and finding every TM in Pokemon Sun & Moon. We recommend completing the main quest before attempting to get every TM, and some TMs even require that you've beaten the game. Additionally, if you complete the Ultra Beast Missions, you'll have plenty of money to purchase every TM from the TM shops.
How to get TM01 - Work Up in Sun & Moon
Defeat all four trainers in the Trainer School and you'll be given TM01 Work Up.
How to get TM02 - Dragon Claw in Sun & Moon
TM02 Dragon Claw can be found in an alcove in Vast Poni Canyon during the final Island Trial.
How to get TM03 - Psyshock in Sun & Moon
Fly to Ula'ula Meadow and head right to the Lake of the Moone (Sun version) or the Lake of the Sunne (Moon version). Cross the bridge and enter the building. You'll find TM03 Psyshock in a TM ball to the right.
How to get TM04 - Calm Mind in Sun & Moon

Visit the shopping mall in Hau'oli City during the night time. Approach the Grimer and a janitor will stop you and task you with cleaning up the area. Find the various piles of trash and you will be rewarded with TM48 Round.

Professor Kukui will give you TM54 False Swipe after you've completed the first grand trial.
How to get TM55 - Scald in Sun & Moon
Surf in the second body of water in Brooklet Hill (Trial of Lana) and hop off on a chunk of land to the south-east. Follow the path to find TM55 Scald in a TM ball.
How to get TM56 - Fling in Sun & Moon
Visit the Hau'oli Cemetery during the night time. Approach the Machamp and its trainer will give you TM56 Fling.
How to get TM57 - Charge Beam in Sun & Moon
Fly to the Pokémon Center on Route 5. Directly south is a long patch of tall grass. Follow the path in the tall grass to find TM57 Charge Beam in a TM ball.
How to get TM58 - Sky Drop in Sun & Moon
Defeat all the trainers on Route 8 and then challenge Ace Trainer Eileen at the beginning of the route. She'll give you TM58 Sky Drop if you defeat her.
How to get TM59 - Brutal Swing in Sun & Moon
Before the entrance of Lush Jungle, head south and hop down exactly one ledge. Then head left and up the mountain to find TM59 Brutal Swing in a TM ball.
How to get TM60 - Quash in Sun & Moon
Fly to Poni Plains and defeat every trainer. Then speak with the Ace Trainer at the beginning of the route to engage in a final battle. If you win, he'll give you TM60 Quash.

Make your way to Diglett's Tunnel and keep left until you run into a large boulder. Move it out of the way with Machamp

During the day time, enter the Geothermal Power Plant on Blush Mountain (off of Route 12). Speak to the scientist along the back wall and he will eventually give you TM63 Embargo.

Defeat every trainer on Route 12 and then speak to the collector at the beginning of the route to challenge him to a battle. Defeat him and you'll get TM77 Psych Up as a reward.
