Pokemon Sun and Moon Z-Crystals

Normalium Z

Normalium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Llima during the Verdant Cavern portion of the game. It can upgrade Normal-type moves to Normal-type Z-Moves.

Fightinium Z

Fightinium Z is obtained after defeating Kahuna Hala during the Kahuna Hala portion of the game. It can upgrade Fighting-type moves to Fighting-type Z-Moves.

Waterium Z

Waterium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Lana during the Brooklet Hill portion of the game. It can upgrade Water-type moves to Water-type Z-Moves.

Firium Z

Firium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Kiawe during the Wela Volcano Park portion of the game. It can upgrade Fire-type moves to Fire-type Z-Moves.

Grassium Z

Grassium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Mallow during the Lush Jungle portion of the game. It can upgrade Grass-type moves to Grass-type Z-Moves.

Rockium Z

Rockium Z is obtained after defeating Kahuna Olivia during the Kahuna Olivia portion of the game. It can upgrade Rock-type moves to Rock-type Z-Moves.

Electrium Z

Electrium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Sophocles during the Mount Hokulani portion of the game. It can upgrade Electric-type moves to Electric-type Z-Moves.

Steelium Z

Steelium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Sophocles during the Mount Hokulani portion of the game. It can upgrade Steel-type moves to Steel-type Z-Moves.

Ghostium Z

Ghostium Z is obtained at the end of the Trial of Acerola during the Thrifty Megamart portion of the game. It can upgrade Ghost-type moves into Ghost-type Z-Moves.

Buginium Z

Buginium Z is obtained at the end of the Shady House during the Po Town portion of the game. It can upgrade Bug-type moves to Bug-type Z-Moves.

Darkinium Z

Darkinium Z is obtained after defeating Kahuna Nanu during the Po Town portion of the game. It can upgrade Dark-type moves to Dark-type Z-Moves.

Poisonium Z

Poisonium Z is obtained at the end of the Exeggutor Island portion of the Kahuna Hapu part of the game. It can upgrade Poison-type moves to Poison-type Z-Moves.

Groundium Z

Groundium Z is obtained after defeating Kahuna Hapu on Poni Island. It can upgrade Ground-type moves to Ground-type Z-Moves.

Fairium Z

Fairium Z is obtained when crossing the bridge during the Vast Poni Canyon portion of the game. It can upgrade Fairy-type moves to Fairy-type Z-Moves.

Dragonium Z

Dargonium Z is obtained after the final island trial during the Vast Poni Canyon portion of the game. It can upgrade Dragon-type moves to Dragon-type Z-Moves.

Icium Z

Icium Z is obtained along the route to the Pokemon League. It can upgrade Ice-type moves to Ice-type Z-Moves.

Flyinium Z

Flyinium Z is located at the top of Ten Carat Hill. You can only access this area once you have gotten Machamp registered as a Ride Pokemon. Flyinium Z can upgrade Flying-type moves to Flying-type Z-Moves.

Psychium Z

Psychium Z is located in the Haina Desert. Head to the far right to find the Z-Pedestal. Examine it to get the Psychium Z. It can upgrade Psychic-type moves to Psychic-type Z-Moves.

Tapunium Z

Tapunium Z is obtained after you fight Tapu Koko once you have defeated the Pokemon League. It gives Tapu Koko an exclusive Z-Move.

Decidium Z

Decidium Z can be obtained from Professor Kukui after defeating Guzma if your starter was Rowlet. Otherwise, Hau will give it to you after you've beaten the game.

Incinium Z

Incinium Z can be obtained from Professor Kukui after defeating Guzma if your starter was Litten. Otherwise, Hau will give it to you after you've beaten the game.

Primarium Z

Primarium Z can be obtained from Professor Kukui after defeating Guzma if your starter was Popplio. Otherwise, Hau will give it to you after you've beaten the game.

Pikanium Z

Pikanium Z can be found in Konikoni City. If you head north of the city next to the Pikachu, you can speak to the lady to get the Z Crystal.

Aloraichium Z

Aloraichium Z can be obtained in Seafolk Village if you have a Alolan Raichu by entering a house and speaking to a lady.

Snorlium Z

Snorlium Z was given with Munchlax as a mystery event that ended January 11, 2017.

Eevium Z

Eevium Z can be obtained by speaking with Kagetora after defeating the eight Eevee trainers in Alola.

Mewnium Z

Mewnium Z was given away to Pokémon Bank users as a special event ending October 2, 2017.

Marshadium Z

It is currently unknown how Marshadium Z can be obtained, but it will likely be through a special event.

Pokemon Sun and Moon Z-Moves

Z-Moves are unlocked by giving Pokemon Z-Crystals. They are more powerful than normal moves. Some Pokemon even have exclusive Z-Moves that others can not get.

The following Z-Moves are based on type. Any Pokémon who is of the correct type and holding the correct Z-Crystal can use these moves.

Pokemon Sun and Moon Z-Crystals

Normalium Z
