Chapter 11: League Champion
Slumbering Weald
Once in the arena, Chairman Rose will make an announcement on the screen. He's decided to bring about the Darkest Day, and it's gotten out of hand. It's up to you to stop it. After a convesation with Hop, you'll be taken back near the Slumbering Weald for a conversation with Sonia and your mom. Sonia will give you 3 Max Revives. You'll then enter the mysterious area.
Continue into the Slumbering Weald, past the area that you were confronted by the legendary beast early in the game. You'll come to a fork in the road. Pick up the Full Restore in the tall grass while you're here. Go right and then left to get a Misty Seed. Backtrack and take the left path now. Go left under the fallen log after the next fork and pick up the Mental Herb.
Head right accross the fallen log and you'll find an Elixir and TM86 - Phantom Force on the other side of the stream. Go back across the bridge and take the right path to find a Smoke Ball. The path to the left will now lead you to Hop. You'll see the two legendary beasts during a cutscene. Afterward, head across the bridge into the fog.
Head forward and grab the Rusted Sword or Rusted Shield, depending on your game version. Speak to Hop to go directly to Hammerlocke Stadium. Speak to Raihan for a bit here and then enter the stadium. Oleana will now beg for your help to stop Chairman Rose from awakening a Pokemon called Eternatus.
Eternatus
Make your way into the Energy Plant and confront Chairman Rose. To stop him, you'll need to defeat him in a battle. He uses Steel-type Pokemon, so have a Fire of Fighting-type ready to go. Macro Cosmos's Rose will have a Lv. 55 Escavalier, a Lv. 56 Klinklang, a Lv. 55 Ferrothorn, a Lv. 55 Perrserker, and Lv. 57 Copperajah that he will Dynamax. After the battle, you'll be able to take the lift to the top.
Up top, Leon will try and fail to catch Eternatus in a Poke Ball, so you'll have a shot at it. It's a Poison/Dragon-Type and will be Lv 60. You won't be able to throw a Poke Ball at it, so simply defeat it. It will then switch into a very powerful boss form. Try to attack it, but you won't be able to use any moves. After two rounds, Hop will have the idea of using your Rusty Sword and Shield to summon the two legendary beasts.
Zacia and Zamazenta will come to your rescue. They will allow you to attack Eternatus and will use moves to boost your attack and defense. It doesn't matter a whole lot what you do in this battle, Zacia and Zamzenta should be able to carry you. Once defeated, you'll be able to catch Eternatus. It doesn't matter which type of Poke Ball you use, so pick your favorite.
Three days later, you'll find yourself back at a hotel in Wyndon. It's time to head to the stadium for your battle with Champion Leon. Head east across town and enter Wyndon Stadium. Speak to the man at the front desk to change into uniform. You'll automatically be brought out onto the pitch.
Champion Leon
Champion Leon will have a Lv. 62 Aegislash, a Lv. 63 Haxorus, a Lv. 62 Dragapult, a Lv. 63 Mr. Rime, a Lv. 64 starter evolution, and a Lv. 65 Charizard that he will Dynamax. This battle will be the toughest of the game, as it should be. He has fairly diverse type representation on his team, so there's not an easy way to gain an advantage. His Pokemon will likely be a few levels above yours at this point as well. Either way, he's still very beatable.
After winning, you will decrown Leon and officially become the champion of the Galar region. Congratulations, let the credits roll! However, there's still some post-game fun to be had. After all, we haven't caught the title legendary yet!
