Our Pokemon Sword and Shield TM List gives you all the information and location specifics you need to obtain all TMs in Sword and Shield.
TM stands for Technical Machine. These are obtainable items that allow you to teach moves to compatible Pokemon. Since Generation 5, TMs can be used as many times as you'd like and are not consumable. HMs (Hidden Machines) are not present in Sword and Shield, although the newly introduced single-use TRs (Technical Records) are.

How to get TM75 - Low Sweep in Sword and Shield
In the Wild Area, fly to the Bridge Field section and make your way to the small pond. There's a bit of land in the center that you can reach with the water bike. Here you'll find TM75 - Low Sweep in a TM ball.
